The fundamental objective of the Code is to regulate the action of all those involved in the work of the company, promoting that the values, principles and ethical standards guide the attitude and behavior of those who are part of the AEROVIAJES PACÍFICO work team, to in order to guarantee the provision of fair and high-quality services to clients.
This Code will allow each person to generate desirable behaviors and behaviors, resulting in quality and customer service. It will be carried out within the framework of the law, in a harmonious and equitable way with all clients, always prioritizing the general interest over the individual; therefore, its rules will be imperative and, consequently, must be observed by all persons linked to the company, and any transgression must be disapproved and sanctioned in an exemplary manner.
