NEW ONLINE DOCUMENTATION VERIFICATION SERVICE: KLM

KLM presents Upload@Home, a service that verifies travel documentation online, in relation to Covid-19. I develop a tool that allows you to load this documentation and verify it, in advance to the traveler and online. A service that facilitates the prior validation of the documents required by the country of destination, to make it easier for your clients to comply with the correct documentation.

Upload@Home is free and voluntary, but this innovative digital self-service is intended to help travelers navigate the complex rules of entry into the country when it comes to Covid-19 travel documents. It is initially available for KLM flights to or from: Amsterdam with Lima, Dubai, Curaçao, Saint Martin, Istanbul, Germany and Spain. Ideally, it should gradually be extended to the rest of the network of destinations.

Traveling is complicated, as countries have different entry requirements. For KLM it is important to simplify the life of each of its customers in the best possible way.
